Codelicious is a small but handy code-skeleton generation tool. Define and save the general layout (or choose the default) for a source code file, fill in a few simple data fields, and Codelicious generates the source code files, complete with commenting, initialization code, etc. Through the use of plug-ins (currently only a C/C++ plug-in is available), files of different types (.html, .php, or any kind of text file) can be easily created.
